That's the only cave I can think of that's northeast-ish of Crookback Bog. Nope that Cave is at Grotto signpost. North of Belek, Northeast of Toderas, South of Ferry Station and East of Marauders' Bridge ... Next, in Dragonslayer's Grotto, in the tomb beneath, at the very end there's an area that is highlighted with a symbol that looks like a sun. Tried AARD, bombs, etc. and nothing happened. You just gotta reload or fast travel somewhere else and go back. It naturally appears above dragonslayer grotto on the wooded hill. If you get within a certain distance its teleport attack carries it through the ground. Edit: meditating might also solve it if possible

Be careful, there's a bad ass monster in those woods that will destroy a low level character.
