After installation and update problems and many 2002-3502 errors, i checked the sd card slot and the fpc connector. There is one pin missing on the fpc connector and is hanging on the memory card module cable. Have to fix it. click the "NET or LAN method" in awoo installer and you'll be given your switch's local IP. open NS USB Loader and put your NS's IP and just select the .xci. the download will start automatically. 15.
